Play Along® Introduces Speed Stacks® Game
at the 2006 American International Toy Fair

Deerfield Beach, FL – February 12, 2006 – Play Along, Inc., a division of JAKKS Pacific, Inc. (Nasdaq:JAKK), is proud to introduce Speed Stacks and sport stacking at the 2006 American International Toy Fair. Under a licensing agreement with Speed Stacks, Inc, Play Along will be manufacturing, marketing and distributing Speed Stacks® StackPacks® - the official equipment of the World Sport Stacking Association (WSSA).

Sport stacking is a new, competitive sport with a proven track record – it is already practiced in over 10,000 schools nationwide as part of physical education programs, yet it’s never been available at retail before. Sport stacking has been shown to improve children’s hand-eye coordination, levels of concentration and overall athletic abilities. By up stacking and down stacking Speed Stacks sport stacking cups  at “faster-than-light” speeds, players race against each other, yet ultimately race against the clock for their personal best score. The new game’s popularity led to the creation of the WSSA, which hosts the World Sport Stacking Championships every April in Denver and draws over 1000 competitors from all over the U.S and around the world.

Play Along is launching its Speed Stacks line with a comprehensive marketing and advertising campaign which is expected to not only generate excitement for Speed Stacks on a broad national level, but also create awareness for sport stacking as well. Their plans reach beyond traditional print and TV advertising to include special programming with major media partners, the development of sports leagues, product placement and other grassroots initiatives.

The Speed Stacks® StackPack® will be available at retail for the first time ever in Fall 2006. It includes 12 specially-designed high-tech sport stacking cups (called Speed Stacks®) with a sport carrying bag, a StackMat® - an optimum stacking surface with electronic precision timer, and an instructional DVD. For ages 4 – 94!
